Pastoral Care

We believe that students’ safety and welfare are essential to the successful completion of their study. We also understand that students away from home can meet with new challenges and difficulties which need intensive care and special attention. We have a dedicated International Student Services Team including a Student Liaison Officer who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deal with any concerns or worries that students may have.

We also understand that students have family back at home that will be concerned about their progress and general happiness. Our schools provide computers and free internet access for the students to utilise so that they can keep in touch by email and Skype with family and friends in their home country. Staff members are available on campus during the week and can be contacted to discuss any issues or concerns that may arise.
