At Quantum Education we realise how important practical experience is both during and after the course, most of our programmes include specific practical features such as CV development, work experience, industry seminars and job support.  Our team will support students who are seeking part-time jobs or work experience while studying, as well as employment upon completion of their course.

To ensure our students have all the support they need we offer a range of workshops including:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) preparation
- Job application assistance
- Interview techniques and preparation

Quantum Education Group is actively developing industry partnerships which allow us to invite these organisations to present to the students both at the international campus as well as on location.

Introducing ::  Peter Ashford – Professional Development Officer

As Professional Development Officer at Quantum, Peter works closely with contacts in the tourism and hospitality industry creating relationships and finding opportunities for those graduates wishing to move forward into the tourism and hospitality professions or wishing to further their studies in this field. 

Peter has a wealth of experience in this area which proves extremely valuable to his role with us at Quantum Education. 

Peter holds a Diploma in Business (Marketing) from Auckland University plus 40 years of experience working in the travel industry around the world. He is an accredited IATA trainer and has also gained extensive experience in the fields of aviation, as well as the hospitality/hotel industry. Peter is skilled in training both domestic and international students, as well as current travel industry staff. 

With an array of contacts throughout the New Zealand tourism and hospitality industry, Peter strives to find only the best opportunities for our graduates and is extremely valuable to our team here at Quantum Education.
