Travel is one of the largest industries in the world, representing a major source of employment.  After completing the qualification you will be able to demonstrate customer service and communication skills, make and process travel arrangements, demonstrate knowledge of retail travel operations, provide quotes and complete reservations using a computerised reservation system.
