Certificate in Travel and Advanced Fares & Ticketing (Level 4)
This qualification builds on knowledge and skills gained from the National Certificate in Travel Level 3 which is a prerequisite for this qualification. People awarded this qualification will be able to demonstrate advanced skills in customer service, computerised reservations, sales and marketing skills and advanced fare construction principles and ticketing skills.
