Basic Barista Training
Learn the basic techniques of espresso beverage preparation from mastering the perfect ‘shot’ to correctly texturing dense,velvety milk for flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos and mocha variations. The course also covers, in depth, espresso machine maintenance and cleaning.
Although principally designed for those wishing to enter the hospitality industry for café and restaurant coffee service, even those simply wishing to improve their knowledge of espresso beverage preparation and machine maintenance for home production will benefit greatly from the course.
Because course numbers are limited to 4 to 6 persons our training is intensive and personalised. We aim to train to the highest possible standard.
