Goals and Roles

This section identifies the supporting role you play in the CBT process.

Beck’s Model Vs Ellis’s Model

Brings to light the similarities and differences between key CBT techniques used successfully by many people in professional counselling and other supportive roles.

Application and Limitations

Explores examples of the success and also the criticisms of CBT in specific supportive situations.

Case Study

An example scenario for which CBT skills should be used. This will help you reflect and put into practice the invaluable skills you have learnt during this course.
